NON-SHOW CHECK EMAIL FOLDER ABEER 71033 10335 Dear partners,  Further to our telephone communication, please note that the passenger below was non show at the hotel Dorian Inn  in order to be picked up. Our bus was waiting there till 07:10. The pick up was at 06:50. We called the passenger, and she informed us that she was waiting at the hotelAthens heart suits  and she never received any information regarding the pick up location and time. At 07:25 we received a call from her hotel, we spoke with the hotel receptionist giving him the port detail in order the passenger to go by her own means to the port. At 07:55 we called again the passenger to find out where she was, and she said that the taxi will need more than 8 minutes to reach the port. As our ship was waiting over 10 minutes from the departure time, we explained her that we couldn’t wait any longer asking her to communicate with your travel agency. Therefore, due to our company cancelation policy we will proceed with 100% cancellation fees. Best regards, Evi Paliogeorgou<br>
